while I think the glowing purple bubbles and the expression are decent, I'd love it if someone would touch up the eyes, maybe erase the pupils entirely to give this pic a stronger presence

The fact that she's still holding the bottle and the lack of (noticeable) eye manipping makes it look like she's still awake, but just unaware of the stuff she's doing, which is something I really like.
