It's controlling a section of her mind. It's not actually controlling her. I don't think anyone sees this as mind control.

In all seriousness, it's the same as body control. It's not what we consider to be "traditional" mind control, as the subject is still able to think freely and hasn't had his/her thoughts changed, but they are not TOTALLY in control of their own mind, all the same. It's kind of a weird gray area in this fetish, but it usually falls in line with subtle mind control.
