I think the fortune is a bit messed up. Am I right?

The fortune cookie reads;
"I must have Harley's pussy."
This does indeed seem like an odd thing to say for a fortune cookie, but I don't think that it really matters as it is MC, and it'll happen anyways.

Yes but no matter if we see the fortune from the front or the back the letters are in the wrong order. If we see the back it reads "pussy Harley's have must I" and if we see the front it says "I tsum evah syelrah yssup"

It's a reference to Zatanna's spells. All of her spells are sentences or phrases said with the letters spells backwards for each word. So "I tsum evah s'yelraH yssup" is a command spell for "I must have Harley's pussy" and so the spell affected her.

I can't believe I'm responding to a discussion like this on a /34/ picture, but whether Zatanna's powers work by putting the entire phrase backwards, or just the individual words, or if both work, depends on the writer it seems.
