The character seems to be Chizuru from Squid-girl. Though I don't remember her having glasses.

Hmm... I'm tagging it. The glasses are the only thing that don't seem to match up (and it could just be artist preference).

But actually making sense of that page is beyond me.

Was going to add it as a child post, but just discovered I have no idea how to do that and the help section only seems to cover searching for posts.
I'll leave it for someone else to do so I don't muck it up, but is it just a matter of making it like ususal, and putting this post's ID in the parent box?
