Because it's not a "snap your fingers, and it's done" deal.
Assume nothing will be translated, and then be pleasantly surprised if you're wrong. Or go learn Japanese and help us out. :P

Besides, there's a fair lot of text on this image. I figure most would be hesitant to spend their free time translating so much on a whim rather than something with maybe a sentence or two.
And Mindwipe, took the words right outta my mouth. :P
