Haha, this artist (who I think is called "n") goes by reimunimutyuu/Crazy about Reimu on twitter, and his intro on his blog is
which I would (very roughly) translate as
"I love Reimu! I want to draw more sexy Reimu pictures! Nowadays, I also draw other characters I like!"
He's got a few other hypnosis pictures too, I think all Reimu or Sakuya.

Also can show up as "dai n honpo"
On danbooru he's tagged as n_(dai_n_honpo). Admittedly most of his stuff is Empty Eyes by default even though some are listed as MC/Hypnosis
