I don't know what either is. I'm more curious if we should tag this as "pregnant" for the one that appears to have eggs in her belly.

Common RPG enemy. There's a few other relevant pictures of them out there.
As for the eggs, I didn't even notice. That seems to be what Danbooru does, I guess. Maybe?

Illithid is another name for Mind Flayers. . .

I yield to the community as to whether we use "illithid" or "mind_flayer" as a tag. I'm fine with whichever you choose.

I vote for mind_flayer because it's easier to remember, I'm going to add it but whoever wants to edit it can do so.
