The source pic isn't perfect I'll admit, but I don't think it's so far away from the text to warrant removal. That kind of action sounds nit-picky at best.
There's a short supply of exactly fitting material to work with.

Well, I guess that saves the pic from removal, but this is a good example of why I think it's always a bad idea to write a story and then try to match it to a pic. This pic still looks like 3 girls dominating a guy. The girl at the bottom isn't sucking the man's cock, she's spitting on it, probably to lubricate it for the girl rubbing her foot on it.
If the text had said anything about what was going on in the pic, I never would have put it up for judgement. As it sits, the pic seems inconsequential, only showing us 3 random girls doing nothing that the girls in the story are doing. Like I said, this pic has met the required score to be saved, and my judgment is retracted. This is all just my honest opinion.

I kinda cried a little when I saw the jagged, artifact-littered font, but aside from that quirk, I have no real qualms. Personally, I consider the pic "close enough" to be of use to the story.
