I was dying to know what that thing is she's staring at, so I consulted the katakana chart I have to see if I could figure it out myself. When I found out it was "choco" (chocolate) I had to post it immediately. XD

You did? It got unflagged pretty quick in that case (we get spam reports every day, and most of them just get unflagged).
As for who this character is, I don't know, since it was grouped together with pics of other characters. But the set was tagged "HypnoM@ster", so it may be one of the IdolM@ster girls.
