Either a meme or one of those "Daily Challenges" they respond to at times kinda like the shindanmaker generator outputs. We might get more or we might not. I'll keep an eye out

I think it's a joke based on today's date (3/12)--if you really contort the reading of the kanji for those numbers, it can come out to サイニー or "saini", which they've taken as a portmanteau of "saimin" and "onani" ("hypnosis" and "masturbation".) In other words, March 12 is hypno masturbation day.
