The thing with one eye or the other thing? Since I got NO clue even searching pixiv searching and using translators. The one on the left seems to be "Radish Disturbance" Machine translation but what it is I don't know
Only other lead I got is "Palace of Mima" for what fangame it got but it doesn't seem to be an Ero-thing as it's apparently a... browser game with simple sprites.

I think the radish thing has something to do with Mystery Dungeon DS, maybe a mob enemy or something? I haven't played it so I don't know.

I realize this is now shockingly irrelevant, but after seeing the eye thing in another picture I found and will post later, I figured out that the eye thing and the radish are Gaze and Radish family enemies from Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer, both of which specialize in incapacitating status effects (Radish: sleep/confusion, Gaze: hypnosis (functionally confusion))
