Is there some kind of argument as to what the translation is? Not that I can tell either way, although I'll admit that it does seem like a lot of characters for just two words.
Aside from that, do we have a source on the artist?

はい、ご主人様 = hai, goshujin-sama = yes, master. There's no doubt there.
As for the source, I've just added it to the picture. I don't read enough Japanese to tell you the artist's name, but the page, amusingly, seems to be a Japanese fan blog for Western cartoons.
