But yeah, manipulator, I like the stuff you've posted so far. How do you, personally, do it? What tool(s) do you use? Program? I'm curious.

Photoshop CS3.
I just zoom in to 500% and start coloring in eye glints, redrawing some of the eye outlines and then smoothing them out a bit.

I can assume you've messed around with the smudge tool as far as manipping goes, then?
I feel silly asking, but I've been known as a big advocate for quality manips using nothing but that tool. I like spreading to word. :P
