It's a manip using character images from a hentai game. Not sure which game, but going by the characters, the same game as this manip: http://hypno.booru.org/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=6428

And as you can tell, the manip is from some Japanese manipper. I got it on my random google searches for MC porn.
This guy has made a few "mc phone" manips. Or, at least, the exact same phone design has been used a few times.
