Official art from the Touhou fanbook Symposium of Post-Mysticism. It accompanies this article in the book: http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Symposium_of_Post-mysticism/Part_4, next to the part where Kanako mentions "imparting wisdom" to Okuu. There's no mention of hypnosis in the article itself--it just seems to be a joke about Okuu being kind of dumb. The illustrator seems to be TOKIAME.
