I'm gonna guess so. Which is a pity, as this pic would be so much better w/out 'em.

I may just have a go at de-censoring this. Can't promise it'll be great, but it be never hurt to try, I suppose.

Yeah, I gotta agree but this was the original quality strait from his website & he seems to be fond of this size since almost all of his pics are around this size.
As for the "Pokeballs", both the artist & the website he posts these on are Japanese & we all know about their annoying censorship laws. Stupidly enough, they only seem to use them with frontal nudity & only with his newest art. Perhaps someone over there complained about him? At least it's a little amusing. I prefer the blurring or better yet, the little black bars that don't hide a thing.
As for de-censoring, thanks for the opportunity but perhaps you could talk with Stem_Cell or someone else about enhancin/enlarging it since we'd ALL like to see this in all it's uncensored glory in greater detail.
