Anime is Kimagure Orange Road (says that in the tags). Don't know what episode. And just so you know, she's faking being hypnotized.

I know that episode - she pretty much fakes being hypnotized to have a fun time with him. There's nothing sexual happening in the episode.
The Anime is great - but if you are in search for some hypnofetish, you better look somewhere else.
