The reason no one's bothered to translate this one yet is because the artist did something pretty annoying: he had the text bleed off the edges of the speech bubble. And because Japanese sentences aren't arranged like English ones, it presents a migraine-inducing nightmare for a translator. Do you:
a) offer your own educated guesses as to what's being said offscreen as translation? Or do you
b) only translate exactly what is shown onscreen, resulting in a whole bunch of sentence fragments?
I've done the best I could.
