*sigh* I wanted so badly to use a hypnotic eyes effect for this manip.
I tried a glow effect. It didn't look right.
I tried a spiral effect. It didn't look right.
I tried this. IT doesn't look right. But it's the best of all I tried, and at this point I just want to be done with this manip.
