This is Google Reverse Image Search. You upload an image and it finds where else it appears on the web. Amazing tool.
The artist is Grimphantom, and his deviantart (where this image is from) is located at http://grimphantom.deviantart.com/
This seems to be the only MC-themed image there, the rest appear to be focused mainly on badonkadonk butts and boobs.
