I... don't really see the MC, honestly. It's a really great pic, but if there's MC involved, it's not terribly apparent.

Vivi is doing her perfume dance. In the early chapters of One Piece she attempted to use it to mesmerize Zoro. The colored smoke and the pose match up, only real difference is that she's topless and it's hard to tell who is supposed to be her 'audience'. Maybe you. :o

Ah, okay. In that case, we may allow this to stay. As for who her audience is, it's the girl behind her, according to the artist.
