Hey, is there anyone out there who can share some experience with repeated use of recordings such as Isabella Valentine's "Gender Transformation?" I've been listening to it repeatedly the past few nights and I find myself more and more excited to get home and listen to it. That worries me because I know I'm susceptible to this kind of stuff (addictive personality..)

Can anyone share some experience?

I've never really had any sort of addiction to hypnosis. Although I have listened to a few of Isabella Valentine's recordings I find my favorite to still be "Mindless Zombie". Unfortunately though my tastes for hypnosis doesn't really go beyond that and even though I like mindless zombie, it's something I put on every once in a while.
