Is it me or does this look like its been sized up because of just how bad the quality is?

I thought the same thing, but there was another version of this pic that was posted, a censored version, and it was the same resolution. So maybe it was intentional. *shrug*

I think it's supposed to look like video game sprites, but yeah, it does kind of hurt your eyes.
