Chaos topaz is the artist if that's what your asking, I had hoped that putting the name in the tags would have helped but it seems not.

It's a screenshot from Second Life. ChaosTopaz made that snake, which can be attached to any avatar (in this case, a Rouge avatar). The eyes are also custom made, by him or someone else. SL actually has a pretty OK hypnosis community.

Actually, I'm the one who made that snake. It's one I've been selling on Second Life for a couple of years now. Kinda looks like they either edited the prims or something, though.

Hi all chaos topaz here
Just to clear some things up
Croc made this awesome kaa item I just edited it to add coils though it messed up the texture when I did
The pulsing eye texture was made by another friend I simply added it to two half spheres to appears as mobian eyes
