Pretty much the same deal as the last pic I posted from this artist, except I had to do more work to make the eyes look right, so I actually tagged this as a manip. Still, it's mostly just eyes copied/pasted from a later pic in the sequence.
Unlike the last pic, there is no guro in the source pics.
