Even if I did have it my computer does not run Gifs in my folders so it's no use to me.

To clarify, you can open images in a web browser. If you open a gif in one, it will play it properly.

There are also free image viewing programs that can play gifs natively (replacements to Windows Photo Viewer/Mac OSX Preview.) I would recommend Irfanview for Windows and Xee for Mac.

I use Irfanview. Have for a long time.
But for over a year now, on two, no, three different computers, it plays GIFs in slow motion for some odd reason.
It's strange. It didn't used to do that.

Hmm... Vanndril's right. Irfanview plays GIFs slowly on my computer too. Weird.
