I dunno about fanfiction, but mcstories.com has the biggest archive of hypno-smut on the internet. I'm sure you'll find something that scratches that itch there. :)

For those who are into this sort of thing, fictionmania.tv is a TG/TV erotic story site with a very robust search engine, and one of the categories you can search by is "Hypnosis and/or Mind Control". You wind up with a lot of stories about guys getting hypno'd into wearing dresses.
