Replaced previous small version. Also, addressing statements from the previous version's comments:

Generally speaking, I'd prefer to have full resolution versions whenever possible. I know people can be put off by large images, but keep in mind that if you right click and choose "View Image", the pic will be scaled to fit your browser window. It sucks that we don't have a resize function on here, but we can fudge one using the parent feature. You can upload 2 versions of the pic, then click "Edit" on the larger version and enter the ID (first entry under "Statistics") of the smaller version in the "Parent" field. This hides the larger version and creates a link to it above the smaller version. But I usually won't do that unless the larger pic has dimensions close to or above 3000 pixels.
