Hentai game you say? I have not laid eyes on one since the old site went down, I never remembered to save links or remember names to any of this partticular genre of hentai.

The game is Soushinjutsu 3. Played through 60% pf the game before my old notebook died. Have to say it's one of the best mind control H-games out there. Get the game (look for the real game, most of the downloads are the HCG) AGTH and atlas, follow this guide [ http://www.animea.net/forums/archive/index.php/t-23984.html ] and use the two online dictionaries for atlas (google translate + a Jap sounding one, you'll figure it out). With these two dicts you should be able to read most of the texts. Of course much of the text is gibberish but you'll understand enough to know what's said or going on. Try it out, I highly recommend it.
