while I appreciate the freedom of expression in art, I think that this artist could use more practice, maybe even a different medium

Well, they use traditional, 3D AND digital stuff here. What else is there?

I dunno. Looks alright to me.
Though, having the traditional art atop the 3D rendered background makes it feel a little awkward.
