Okay so I've run into a little problem, see I uploaded an image before this but then had to delete it but now I can't re-upload it because it says the file already exists and it does not.
Is there any way to get aroud this?

You have to re-save the pic. Load it in an image editor (Paint, GIMP, Photoshop), and use "Save As". You should be able to upload the new image.
