Which we've done before, but only temporarily.
Don't think he's kidding, we've spoken about it before. If people start abusing the anonymous uploading permissions, we WILL just outright force you to register to upload.

This never happens in canon anyway. Unless you haven't gotten to the part where they figure out who the Digimon Emperor is, there's no spoiler as everything but that and the Dark Rings/Spirals are AU.
