the text refers to Confusion, as in a status ailment, so probably not. Not gonna try to translate the whole thing.

It's been a long time since I played a Dragon Quest game, but I think I remember them using terms like "chanted" *shrug*
Anyway, now that I think about it, we should probably spell out "dragon_quest_iv" and similar, since we did so with the Final Fantasy games.

That's why I made the note. So if someone who actually plays Dragon Quest games (or specifically DQ4) comes along and knows the right answer that he feels encouraged to provide it. 唱えた (written here in pure kana as となえた) means "chanted" but I've no idea whether only a command like メダパニ/Fuddle gets chanted or whether -all- commands in the DQ series are chanted. You know what I mean? Like, to use FF equivalents, do they say Fira and Firaga are "chanted," "cast," or "used"? I've no clue. I translated for English though, hence why Mystery Doll became Terracotta Warrior, Medapani became Fuddle, and so on. I left Minea intact since it seems (judging by the fan wiki) that the fandom has gotten accustomed to calling her by her true name rather than by her SNES or DS names.
As for changing dq4 to dragon_quest_iv and so forth, go for it. Might I suggest though that at the very least you alias for the shorthand forms. The same goes for any of the Final Fantasies if you hadn't done that for them yet. (ffvii, ff7, and so on for final_fantasy_vii)

I'll do that for the Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy games that we currently have pics for. I'll add the others as pics show up. (But I'm only adding aliases like "ff7". I figure people will probably be as lazy as possible if their using shorthand tags.)
