We don't need both the Japanese and Western names tagged, though I appreciate the effort. You can request an alias for their Japanese names. No need for Japanese tags like "zettai ryouiki" either.

you know, I asked Jimryu if he could do a comic where Jaden gets some of the GX girls, or Yusei with the 5D's girls, or even Yuma getting the ZeXaL girls, and he flat out said no

Were you requesting or commissioning? Because that could make a big difference.

Because artists do not usually enjoy drawing suggestions for free when they offer commissions where people pay for the artwork that they suggest. A decent picture takes a good 6-14 hours to make. Unless you're a personal friend of the artist... it is unlikely they would use that much time to make a piece of work based on a suggestion.

oh. well that would've been nice to know, however, I don't know how to transfer money over DA

I could be wrong, but I don't think you transfer money over dA. Normally, you have to get in contact with an artist (however they prefer), tell them what you want drawn, they give you a price, and you pay through whatever method they (or sometimes you) choose.

That said, I don't know how Jimryu handles commissions.
