Is this cover art for a fanfic?
If it is, then I need a link so I can read it over and over again.
If it isn't, then I need the artist's permission to make a fanfic that uses this as the cover art.

I added a source, if you want to go contact the artist. I think they've got a Deviantart too, but there more recent stuff isn't there so I don't know if that's being checked.
