A decently large chunk of the work on the booru is looks-like MC work that isn't really MC (like most of the mind break here). XD

That said, this thread could be useful for sharing things that look like they COULD be MC, but OBVIOUSLY aren't intended to be.

By the by, this one I am very aware is not MC (the commissioner's OC has white-wash eyes naturally) though I don't doubt that she did the rigid pose and blush for us in the community. She throws us bones every now and again :)

What of dai n honpo's works ( http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=3008305 )? Since his eyes are usually empty and some are actual MC works. What would the rulings be for his stuff? Since I really don't want to just dump his art.

would be fine, due to the completely empty eyes combined with the out-of-character actions and context of the pic. Even if a pic only has empty eyes, so long as it can easily be seen as hypnosis/MC (EVEN if it's not - maybe it's just rape or something), then it should be fine,

In this screenshot, it only takes a little imagination to see this as Sam and Clover having already been zapped by the hypno-ray. While the other two have already been made to stand at attention Alex, having just come on the scene, is either just about to be zapped or has only just been zapped.

It doesn't really look like they're standing at attention to me. Their hands are on their hips.

Eh, close enough. It was the way the two of them were just staring with blank expressions that made me think of this thread. That, and the fact that this is Totally Spies where there is a one in three chance that they're going to wind up mind controlled in any given episode.
